The Tea-cha process
Tea-Cha's unique filtering process gives a perfect cup of tea in 30 seconds.
First, boil water as you usually would. Place the filter over your cup, pot or glass. Spoon a small amount of specially prepared small-leaf tea into the filter. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves, filling the filter to the brim. Wait for the water to filter through — this should take no more than 30 seconds. In your glass or pot will now be a flavourful, highly-concentrated tea extract with none of the bitterness of brewed tea. This can then be made into hot tea, iced tea or used as a tea flavouring in any number of ways — see our suggestions below.

As the tea is not bitter, it can easily be drunk black without milk or sugar. The concentrate can be stored for fresh, delicious tea throughout the day, or for large numbers of people. By adding more tea to the filter, you can have stronger tea without added bitterness. If you prefer an astringent tea, the filter can be refilled a second time.
