Shipping Policy

All prices are in Australian dollars - $AUD. International Delivery is between $6.20 - $60 AUD approximately depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Tea-Cha Australia Pty Ltd sends goods purchased through Australia Post via standard shipping to Australia wide & Internationally. Please allow 7 working days for receipt of goods purchased.

Returns Policy

Tea-Cha Australia Pty Ltd is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason then simply return the items to us within 30 days in the condition that you received them and we will give you a refund.

Australia Returns

To return a product to us please follow the simple instructions below

1.   Complete the Exchanges & Returns section of the lower section of your invoice and enclose with your returns merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to help us with prompt turn around.
2.   Pack all the items with your completed Exchanges & Returns form into a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
3.   Affix the pre-addressed label to your package making sure you cover or remove the original shipping label.
4.   Attend a Post Office and send to the labelled address. For security and peace of mind we suggest insured registered post as Tea-Cha Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for lost returned parcels and we do not accept COD deliveries.

Please allow approximately one week for processing your return once received. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.
