| Tea stales after manufacture and loses its flavour. Tea-Cha packs the tea under vacuum to maintain freshness as long as possible. It is recommended to use the tea as fast as possible and probably to keep the tea in the refrigerator. Although there's no scientific evidence that this is beneficial, we do know that the finest Chinese teas are kept under refrigeration. |
