| For a cup of around 200mls or 8 fluid ounces, use 2.5 grams of black tea and around 1.5 grams of green tea. If the tea is too strong, use less tea. For White Tea, start with 1/2–3/4 of a tea spoon for a light gold colour. For Green Tea and Jasmine Tea, start with 3/4 – a flat tea spoon. For Pu-Erh Tea, start with one flat tea spoon or a touch more. |
